Shipment Option and Delivery Time

Shipping costMost of our items are free shipping to countries in North American, Asian, European. For some countries in Africa, South American, we may need to charge extra shipping since the shipping cost is too much that is beyond our free shipping range. And we will email you if the shipping fee is needed.
We always advance you to choose: the most suitable for you which means the best one for your demands not only on delivery time but also on price.
The shipment method you choose can influence the shipping cost and time.
If the item is damaged, stolen etc. We will contact the corresponding shipping company for a refund or redelivery.
OTOFIXshop.eu offers you a wide selection of shipment which are all safe and quality, we will choose the most suitable for you. the following table shows the shipment options and the delivery time.
Options for Shipping
1. Ship from EU/UK/Other Overseas Warehouse
- Normally take about 3-7 working days to arrive UK and Other EU countries
- Valid for EU/UK Local Address Only - Only Item title marked "EU/UK SHIP" will ship from EU/UK warehouse!
- To EU/UK local address, normally take about 3-7 working days. this all depends on the address is close or remote.
- We just have stocks in EU/UK warehouse, do not have branch company in EU/UK, if item have problem need refund or repair, you need to send back to our Shenzhen, China warehouse.
- If item is out of stock in EU/UK warehouse, we will ship by DHL or YANWEN by default. To help you save custom tax, parcels to French, Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic and other Europe countries ,we will recommend YANWEN.

2. Shipment from Shenzhen/Hongkong warehouse
If item is out of stock in US/UK warehouse, we will ship by DHL or YANWEN by default. To help you save custom tax, parcels to French, Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic and other Europe countries ,we will recommend YANWEN.
Delivery time is 7-12 working days. Here are the details: YANWEN special line to Spanish, Portugal, Czech Republic and other Europe countries.
YANWEN delivery is tax pre-paid. We will pay the tax for the package before it reaches you, so you don't have to pay tax.
Taxes and duties
We could ship all over the world (except for Iran, Sudan, Syria, Korea North, Cuba, and Crime) by different shipping methods.
If your location belongs to the EU/UK/US, we can ship from the EU/UK/US warehouse, without paying tax.
If we ship from our local China warehouse, For example, for France customers, Usually need to pay 20% tax on the invoice price.
To help you save custom tax, parcels to French, Spain, Portugal, the Czech Republic, and other Europe countries, we will recommend YANWEN.
Delivery time is 9-13 business days. Here are the details: YANWEN special line to Spanish, Portugal, Czech Republic, and other Europe countries

Delivery Time
5-7 working days → Express: DHL, UPS, TNT and Fedex. If your country is not on the UK and US warehouse delivery range, we will ship by DHL and will declare a low value on the invoice to save tax for you.
7-12 working days → EMS,Yanwen Express. If your country is not on the UK and US warehouse delivery range and it is remote area. We will use EMS or ETK, which will take a bit longer time to arrive.
10-20 working days → Flat air mail: Singapore post and Hondkong post. If your order amount below 150USD and it is out of stock in UK warehouse, we will ship by post. It would take a bit longer to arrive. Sometimes it may be delayed by many unsteady factors like customs, flights, weather, etc which are uncontrollable. If you need it urgently, you can choose "Premium Delivery" and pay the extra shipping.

Factors that may influence the shipping time:
1) Destination. For some remote area and some remote countries, the delivery time is about 1-2 working days longer and you have to pay some extra shipping cost. But EMS, Singapore post and Hongkong post have no remote area.Please kindly consider!
2) Package weight. If the package weight is over 21kg, it will need one day longer of the delivery time than the package under 21kg.Please kindly consider!
3) Stock status. Usually when your finish the payment we will arrange shipment in 2 working days, however if the item you choose is out of stock temporarily we will try our best to speed up the shipment ASAP. Please kindly consider!
4) Harsh weather condition and festival holiday. Sometimes the bad weather condition and festival will influence the shipping time. Please kindly consider!
